Post: 60 x 60mm , 75 x 75mm
Gap: 105mm/110mm/115mm
Notes:
Galvanising thickness to be G90/G60 and be galvanised on both sides of the tube eg inside and outside
Steel tube to have a minimum yield strength of 350MPA
Zinc repair on weld Seem of all RHS tube at the time of being formed
Powder Coating: Minimum thickness 80um
Powder be to use Akzo Nobel powder
Panels are not touched up after powder coating is there are any marks they need to be re-powder coated
Manufacture Use silicon bronze wire require to be used for all fabrication welding (see attached details of welding wire)
Welding line to be minimum 10mm
